These terms and conditions are valid for any order placed on ‘CyPrint.co.uk and CyDmp eBay Shop’.
We do not accept other terms and conditions by the ordering party.

Orders placed on CyPrint.co.uk / CyDmp eBay Shop
All orders placed are binding.
Price changes may occur over a period of time and will be displayed online.
In case of production/printing problems the ordering party will be contacted immediately. In any such case the ordering party may cancel the order placed and payment to CyPrint.co.uk / CyDmp eBay Shop will be full refunded.
Artworks can be uploaded to our FTP (www.CyPrint.co.uk/upload.php) or email to artwork@CyPrint.co.uk. The ordering party is therefore responsible for the quality uploaded. In case of poor/low quality artworks uploaded we will contact the ordering party for confirmation. The ordering party is responsible for entering the correct email address and the full postal address (with postcode) during the ordering process.
In order to avoid any improper transactions, we reserve the right not to process orders. In such a case the ordering party will be informed and payment will be fully refunded.

Artwork Design
Ordering party will receive the first design within 1-5 working days. Artwork can be changed for up to 2 times after ordering party receive the first design. Ordering party will need to re-order for further changes for the artwork. CyPrint.co.uk will only provide the artwork file in PDF file format. For other file formats, please contact us for information.

Payments
Payments can be made by major credit/debit cards or cheque. Credit/debit card payments are handled with a secure link (SSL) through PayPal. Please visit their web site for more details, www.PayPal.com.
Once credit card payment is processed, PayPal will send a payment confirmation email to the ordering party.

Delivery
We deliver to the mainland UK by using different couriers. Depends on the items, orders are normally dispatched within 5 – 20 working days from proof approval.

Return / Refund Policy
Each printed item is custom made to the particular requirements of the customer. We unfortunately cannot offer a refund or return for any orders.

Email Policy / Privacy
The ordering party’s personal details will be used to handle the order only and the information will not be passed on to third parties.
From time to time, CyPrint.co.uk may send newsletters to their customers regarding special offer or new products and services. Customer can unsubscribe the newsletter very easily by replying the email.
